CAC QUARTERLY Meeting ON SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 7th
The next Cougar Alumni Club quarterly breakfast meeting will take place on Saturday, February 7th, at 9:00 AM at Cocina del Charro, located at 890 W. Valley Pkwy, Escondido. The cost of the event is $16 and includes a Continental breakfast. Rick Visser, Class of 1970's valedictorian and star center for the 1969 SDCIF champions, will be our speaker. Doors open at 8:00 AM.
CAC Breakfast Meetings
Each quarter the Cougar Alumni Club holds a Breakfast Meeting at Cocina del Charro in Escondido. These meetings serve the club and its members in several ways. We meet to settle the business of the organization, but most importantly, we meet to strengthen the relationships we have with one another and to forge new relationships with students from Escondido High School. Coaches and teachers bring current students to show them the depth of these relationships and the long-lasting friendships that they too can enjoy. Special speakers are also featured at these events.
Impact on Current Students
The EHS students benefit tremendously from their interaction and conversation with alumni at the meetings and learning about scholarship opportunities available through the CAC.
